All of our orders are processed on the same day they are fulfilled on our website, unless the order has been placed on a holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed on the next business day.
We always guarantee delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products. Once the order has been verified, it is processed within 24 hours and shipped to the delivery address.
To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive your shipment within the time frame we publish, please make sure your address is completely entered and correct. Use the correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted correctly, we are not responsible for incorrect information.
If the package is returned as undeliverable or incorrectly addressed, you will have to assume the costs of resending your item that we have previously assumed (for more information see the Returns Policy).

Factors such as logistics delays and customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time. *Any return for any reason, the cost of shipping back to the warehouses is the responsibility of the customer.
