If you find it cheaper, we will refund the difference plus 10% (of the difference)
What is this about?
If you have purchased an item on our website and find the same item cheaper on another website (online only, even with discounts or promotions), we will refund the price difference plus 10% of that difference.
It is calculated between: base price of the item - (less) price of the cheapest item found = + (plus) 10%.
Example: Our price €25.00 - competition price €20.00 = €5.00 +10% =
= €5.50 is the difference that we return to you.
Shipping costs will not be taken into account.
How do I have to carry out the process?
The customer may submit the request for a refund of the difference within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the purchase. After this period, it will not be valid.

And how is the money returned?
The refund will be made in the form of a discount coupon for the amount of the difference to spend in our online store.
Each voucher is limited to a single purchase, and cannot be accumulated, transferable or exchanged for physical or electronic money, or other vouchers.
How do I have to prove the difference of the cheapest price?
The customer must provide the order number and the link or website where they have seen the cheapest item. The website must be active to carry out the verification, otherwise it will not be possible.
Said item must be identical in manufacturer, format, weight, etc. Once verified, the discount coupon will be sent to your email, said coupon has no expiration date.
The discount coupon will not be applicable to purchase products on sale, sales or promotion.
